It depends on the complexity of the process - which is why we start every project with a prototype and specification, after which you receive a final quote. After the first 30-minute consultation, we can usually give you an indicative investment range.
Most solutions run on licences you already have in your Microsoft 365 plan. Where Premium connectors are needed, we optimise the licensing model.
It depends on the agreement: we can maintain it under a maintenance contract or hourly billing, or your team can take it over at handover. We always complete an implementation with documentation and a workshop on using the solution.
