A step-by-step development of your teams' digital skills - from individual productivity to process improvement and smart use of AI. We run the workshops in person at your premises, for dedicated groups of up to 10 people, with exercises based on your real processes and use cases.

Each workshop stands on its own; for levels 1-3 we recommend attending them in sequence, as each builds on the knowledge of the previous one. The AI level is independent and suitable for a wide range of roles.
For advanced users who want to build solutions themselves, we offer three separate forms of support.
Two separate workshops where participants learn to work with Power Apps and Power Automate - from application design to automation and data integrations.
→ Enquire about a workshopA workshop on designing and building an AI agent that carries out a specific task in your Microsoft environment - including security aspects and human review.
→ More about our approach to AIOne-to-one support in building a specific solution around your use case. No generic lectures - your developer brings a real challenge and we solve it together.
→ Enquire about coachingGoal: After the workshop the participant can set up at least one flow on their own that saves them repetitive manual work. They understand what is possible, know when to ask for help, and understand the advantages of SharePoint Lists compared with Excel.
Module A - Understanding the ecosystem: what Power Automate is, what Forms is, what a SharePoint List is - and how they connect; the difference between "I work on my own in Excel" and "the data lives in a system"; demonstrations of real examples from companies.
Module B - From Excel to SharePoint Lists: when Excel is enough and when it becomes a problem; a live comparison of the same data in Excel and in a SharePoint List; exercise: participants set up a simple list and adapt it to their own department.
Module C - Microsoft Forms: creating a form from scratch, validation, displaying results; exercise: your own internal form.
Module D - Your first flow in Power Automate: flow logic (trigger → condition → action); exercises: form → automatic entry in a list + e-mail notification; notification in Teams; limits and constraints - when a flow is not the right solution.
Module E - More advanced SharePoint Lists: filtered and grouped views, colour status indicators, conditional formatting, permissions; exercise: upgrading the list from Module B.
Module F - Final project: the participant independently builds a complete example from their own department: Forms → SharePoint List → Power Automate notification → view in Teams.
Goal: The participant can independently solve the most common operational challenges: automatic document storage, structured data collection, notifications in Teams with Adaptive Cards and automated periodic reports.
Module A - More advanced flows: conditions, loops, parallel actions; error handling; example: a weekly export → an Excel file automatically cleaned up and saved.
Module B - Handling attachments and documents: the flow "e-mail with an attachment → automatic saving to SharePoint → notification"; filtering by sender and keywords; structuring the library; an exercise using your own mailbox.
Module C - Adaptive Cards in Teams: when to use a card instead of an ordinary message; key data directly in the card; exercise: a form → an Adaptive Card in a Teams channel.
Module D - Scheduled flows and automated reports: recurring flows (every Monday, end of month); automatic summaries from a SharePoint List by e-mail or in Teams; exercise: a weekly summary for your own department.
Module E - SharePoint Lists for teamwork: advanced views for shared use, permissions at list and item level, integration with Power Automate.
Module F - Final project: the participant independently builds a complete scenario from their own working environment.
Goal: The participant can translate a complex process spanning several departments into a digital solution using existing tools - and judge when standard tools are enough and when investment in custom development is justified.
Module A - Teams Approvals as the bridge between tool and process: approval flows, escalation when deadlines slip, an audit trail - who approved, when and why; exercise: request → manager's approval in Teams → notification with the reason → entry in a list.
Module B - Process thinking as a precondition for digitalisation: why automation only makes a bad process faster; mapping a process into a diagram; a group exercise on your own process.
Module C - Onboarding as a worked example (built live): a central register → tasks by department → Adaptive Card alerts → Approvals for key steps → Planner for an overview; discussion: what can be handled "out of the box" and what would require custom development.
Module D - How to continue after the workshop: a comparison of tools (Power Automate + SharePoint vs. Power Apps vs. custom development); participants identify 2-3 of their own processes; a value/complexity matrix → together we identify the "quick wins".
Goal: Participants understand the differences between the key LLM platforms and the security implications of the various approaches, and can independently use LLM tools for the typical everyday tasks in their field.
Module A - Navigating the world of LLM tools: an overview of the key platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) - how they differ and which one suits which task; a three-model security framework (own infrastructure, public cloud, hybrid models) and what each approach means for confidential documents and client data.
Module B - The anatomy of a good prompt: the four ingredients of an effective prompt (role, context, task, output format); typical mistakes; a joint exercise on internal material; practical scenarios for the participant's own field - from an e-mail to a draft quotation.
Module C - A look ahead: from prompt to AI agent: what an AI agent is and how it differs from writing prompts; which internal documents and knowledge bases are candidates for your own agent; a live demonstration of a real agent; a discussion about your processes.
We run the workshop for your team or department. Because participants come from the same environment, exercises are based on your real processes - so the knowledge gained can be applied from the very next day.
The workshop is held in person at your premises, with the exercises run directly in your own Microsoft 365 environment. Participants only need their laptop and an M365 account.
Each workshop is led by a trainer and an assistant - nobody gets stuck during the practical exercises. Participants receive digital materials with instructions and example flows.
We can combine levels or tailor the programme to your tools and processes. Before delivery, we agree on the objectives - and for the AI level, we also align with your IT department on internal rules for the use of AI tools.
"With BizIT we delivered three levels of workshops for our colleagues - from the basics of digital productivity through to the automation and digitalisation of more demanding processes. The programme was designed to be highly practical, and participants particularly praised the clear explanations, practical examples and support from the trainers while working independently. The workshops showed them how Microsoft tools can simplify everyday tasks and improve the way they work. We will certainly continue working with the excellent BizIT team in the future."
Some companies develop Power Platform solutions with their own teams - we support them with one-to-one coaching based on specific challenges. No generic lectures: your developer brings a real challenge, we solve it together and the knowledge stays in-house.

When you are not sure whether to digitalise a process with existing tools, a custom application or not at all, we help you assess what makes sense. We also advise on back-end architecture, licensing and the wider digital transformation journey.
